Page 1 — Cover (photographic book-end)

Text Hook: You commission the diagnostics every year. They tell you what is wrong with real precision, and never why. Thesis: You act on what they show, the scores barely move, and next year's report reads much like last year's.

Page type: cover, heavy statement over a photographic ground.

Design intent: the book-end image under a consistent dark scrim; heavy Mulish hook; the accent red lands on "never why."

Page 2 — The trap (statement)

Text The reflex is to sharpen the instrument: another diagnostic, a longer survey, a finer benchmark. But you are not short of measurement. More of the same gives you a sharper picture of what is wrong, never an answer to why it persists.

Page type: flat, single statement.

Design intent: text-forward, generous air; the accent red on "why it persists"; level line low.

Page 3 — One layer, and the cause below it (core payload, layers diagram)

Text They all read one layer: how the organization is perceived from inside. That describes the symptom. The cause sits on the layer below, in what the organization can actually do, and no perception survey can reach it. That is why the scores do not move.

Page type: the hero diagram. Stacked layers, not a data chart.

Diagram description (for design):

Design intent: flat, schematic, one accent on the blocked crossing; plain labels only, no "upstream" or "midstream" on the card; level line high.

Page 4 — Send-off (photographic book-end)

Text Reframe: The way out is not a better survey. It is a diagnostic that reads what your organization can actually do, not just what it looks like. Bridge: Discover what it means to read the capacity layer with Vanaya Strategic. CTA: Visit Vanaya.co.id.

Page type: send-off book-end.

Design intent: the cover image returns, blurred, logo centred between two rules; reframe, bridge, printed CTA. Rhymes with page 1. This is the line that opens September.
